Your Library Card

Getting a card, renewing materials, placing holds, etc.

Who can get a card
Any resident who is 18 can apply for a library card. Patrons under 18 will receive a library id card through the school.

How to Get Your Card
Go to the circulation desk and request a library card. You must have a picture ID with your current address on it in order to get a library card.

Borrowing Limits
Adult - 20 library items; Students - two items through school year, four items during summer.  DVD rentals are only available to patrons in 7th grade or older.

Placing Holds
If you would like to place a library item on hold please talk to a library staff member at the circulation desk.  

Accessing Your Account
You can now access your account by going to our home page, click on Login, enter your library card number and userpass for a password (you will be given the option to change it to something else.  Once in your account you can see what you have checked out, place holds on items and renew your items.  Please call the library if you need help.

Renewing Your Borrowed Items
You can renew your items yourself on line or  by calling the library or by bringing items in to the library to renew.
